“Our goal is to help our patients keep healthy teeth for a lifetime and also, try to keep the cost of having great teeth as low as possible with prevention and only using the best materials or techniques.”

It has always been my goal to have a practice that has a focus on listening to our patients, offering options and providing high quality treatment that matches the goals they have for themselves.  Too often dentistry ends up feeling like a revolving door where people are “told” what they need or have to do,  instead of giving them options or explaining the pros and cons, so they can make an informed decision.

Another goal for us has always been to use the best materials and laboratories to make dentistry that can last longer. Many patients do not realize how variable the “expected mileage” can be for these materials or the way it can impact their care. The more tread on the tire, the longer it can last to save our patients time and money in the future.

I have lived in the Vancouver area for the past 32 years. Clark County has been a great places to raise my children and become a part of the community.  I attended  Mountain View High School, Clark College, Portland State for a degree in Molecular Biology and finally Oregon Health and Sciences University for dentistry.  I also enjoy volunteer opportunities within our community and have served on the OHSU board, as well as the Clark College Hygiene Advisory Board.

For recreation, I have coached and played soccer for the past 20 years, enjoy the outdoors, and recently completed my pilots license to create some fun adventures that help us see this world from another point of view. We live in a truly beautiful part of the country and there is so much to explore. It’s been a great life so far and looking forward to more years with our great patients, amazing coworkers and big adventures while loving this life.
